Zelos Smart-Tech Fund, established in 2021 in Singapore, is the first sub-fund under the umbrella variable capital company, Zelos Megatrends Fund VCC. The fund is dedicated to promoting hard-tech innovation in emerging Asian economies and globally, supporting sustainable development, and enhancing the quality of living through the support of visionary entrepreneurs.
We aim to identify and support early-stage projects with disruptive potential in areas such as artificial intelligence, robotics, smart manufacturing, intelligent hardware, and new energy through capital and resource investment, helping them grow into industry leaders.
We firmly believe that technological innovation is the key driver to solving global challenges, improving quality of life, and achieving sustainable development.

    Zelos Long Angel Fund, our second fund, established in 2025, is also the second sub-fund under Zelos Megatrend Fund VCC. It primarily focuses on early-stage investments in areas such as smart technology, green technology, health technology, and the global expansion of Chinese enterprises (CN Inc. Global). We are living in an era of rapid technological transformation. Breakthroughs in artificial intelligence, quantum computing, biotechnology, and renewable energy are emerging at an unprecedented pace.     investment Procedures

    INITIATION

    Select the most worthwhile projects from a multitude of reserve projects, and after a vote to initiate the project, formally commence the project investigation work.

    DUE DILIGENCE

    After the project company accepted the term-sheet, we began to conduct due diligence on the investment project, covering legal, financial, and business aspects.

    I COMMITTEE

    The investment committee (IC), composed of internal executives and external experts, makes decisions on whether to invest in a project and the terms of the investment.

    COMPLETION

    After the project is approved, a detailed investment agreement and shareholders' agreement must be signed with the project party to ensure the security of our investment as much as possible, and to complete the transfer of funds and equity.

    The investors of ourfund must be accreditedor institutional investorsas degined in section 4Aof the SFA.

    Professionals

    VCFM is required by MAS to have at least two full-time professionals, but there is no requirement for the years of related working experiences.

    Although VCFM does not have a base capital requirement of at least S$250,000, we have still retained capital reserves that far exceed this amount.
