Our Story

Zelos venture partners pte. ltd. also known as ZVP, is a venture capital fund management company (VCFM) that holds a Capital Markets Services License (License No.: CMS101045）) issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore(MAS). It was co-founded by two partners from Shenzhen Magellan Capital Management Co., Ltd.

Our vision is to seize significant opportunities in the global economic development over the nextdecade and beyond, aligning with the advent of the artificial intelligence era and the major trend of global industrial transfer. At the same time, we continue to value the solid industrial advantages that China has established and the dividends they bring.

Zelos Smart-Tech Fund is the first fund under our management, a sub-fund under Zelos Megatrends Fund VCC. Zelos Venture Partners aspires to be an outstanding boutique venture capital fund manager in Southeast Asia.
Zelos Long angel Fund is the second fund under our management, focusing on early-stage investments in smart technology, green technology, health technology, and the global expansion of Chinese enterprises.

In the future, we plan to launch a green technology fund, and a health technology fund to further expand our investment areas and support innovative and sustainable projects.
